Welcome to Homepact. By accessing our website, purchasing our AI-driven smart home integration designs, or utilizing our technical documentation, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User") and Homepact.
In accordance with the Civil Code of Japan (Act No. 89 of 1896, as amended) and the Act on Specified Commercial Transactions, your continued use of this platform signifies your informed consent to these provisions. If you do not agree to these terms, you must cease all use of our services immediately.
2. Description of Site and Services
Homepact provides high-end architectural and technological consulting for AI-integrated living spaces. Our services include but are not limited to:
- AI-driven spatial design blueprints;
- Neural network logic implementation guides;
- Hardware specifications for smart home ecosystems;
- Energy consumption analysis and automation scripts.
Please refer to our Technical Documentation for specific performance metrics. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the service at our discretion without prior notice.
3. Rules of Use and Prohibitions
Users are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access the content for personal or internal business evaluation. Prohibited activities include:
- Reverse-engineering the Neural Network Logic presented on the site;
- Circumventing any security measures or digital rights management features;
- Using automated systems (bots, scrapers) to extract data from our Script Library;
- Engaging in any conduct that violates the Act on the Prohibition of Unauthorized Computer Access (Japan).
4. Intellectual Property Rights
All content, including text, graphics, logos, and proprietary AI algorithms, is the property of Homepact and is protected by the Copyright Act of Japan and international intellectual property treaties.
"Homepact" and the associated design elements are trademarks of our company. Any unauthorized use of these marks or our Deployment Reports for commercial purposes is strictly prohibited and will be prosecuted under the Unfair Competition Prevention Act.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability
Disclaimer of Warranties:
The services are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE." Homepact makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy of Energy Management forecasts or the compatibility of hardware scripts with third-party devices.
Limitation of Liability:
To the maximum extent permitted by Japanese law, Homepact shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the installation of systems via our Deployment Guide. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by the user for the specific service in question.
6. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the Laws of Japan.
Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Hiroshima District Court in the first instance. For international users, we adhere to the Act on the Protection of Personal Information (APPI) of Japan, which provides protections equivalent to the GDPR standards for data processing.
7. Changes to Terms
Homepact reserves the right to revise these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this URL (terms.php). Your continued use of the site following the posting of changes will mean that you accept and agree to the revisions.
